How we work

Congratulations for taking the first step towards hosting the perfect event.

The way we work goes beyond providing you with delectable food and excellent service. We are with you every step of the way to ensure your special days goes exactly to plan without so much as a hiccup.

  • Select your menu and receive a price that fits your budget using our online event builder tool
  • Select any extra items you may need for your event

  • Request your booking and date by submitting your menu through the online event builder tool
  • We will confirm your booking via email and may give you a call to confirm the finer details
  • Pay your deposit (30%) and your preferred time + date will be allocated
  • Go shopping for your outfit
  • Rest easy and work up an appetite
  • Arrive at your event at the appointed time
  • Relax… we’ve got this…

What happens when I submit my menu?

It simply tells us all we need to know in order for us to execute the perfect menu for your perfect day down to the very crumb.

Once we confirm we have all that’s needed, we will approve your menu and event before sending you a confirmation booking form.

Then, all you’ll need to do is complete this and you’re all booked in!

BONUS: you can still make changes to your menu selection even after it’s submitted, right up until the day of.

What happens with my confirmation booking form?

Once we have received your confirmation booking form and deposit, we will allocate your preferred date and time.

What will happen the week of my event?

At Helen’s Catering we know just how important your event is. We value all of them as if they were our own. That’s why we will give you a call a few days before your event to check in and make sure everything is up to scratch.

What do I need to do on the day of my event?

Good news! Nothing. As long as there’s an event, you are present at the event, and we can gain entry to the event, everything is totally fine.

Helen’s Catering Professionals will take care of everything from set-up, service, and pack up, leaving you to enjoy the company of family, friends, or business colleagues.

You may, however, want to check that your kitchen benches are clear and your oven & stove top is in working order. Just in case.

What details do you require for bookings?

In order to submit an event booking request, we will need you to select your chosen menu and food items using our event builder tool, provide your venue location, guest numbers, and event date.
