What type of event are you catering for?

The place to start is our event builder tool where you can begin to create a menu, select food items and receive an instant price.

For example, say you were looking to cater for a special celebration. You would select the Celebration icon. If it’s a wedding, then you would select Wedding, or if it was a business event, you would select Corporate etc.

Now, here’s where the real fun starts. You’ll then be able to start creating your own tailored menu packed with our great tasting culinary delights. Ready to be served to you and your guests.

Before you know it, you’ll have a menu and price. Then when you’re ready, you can submit it to us for approval.

What would you like to call your event?

You’ll begin creating your special event by giving it a name.
You might call it ‘My birthday party’ or Dad 50th or Helen’s Wedding.

Which type of menu would you like?

Here you’ll choosing the type of menu you want. You might be wanting a stand up cocktail finger food menu, in which case you would then select that menu. Or maybe a buffet or sit down table service dinner. It’s all within the palm of your hands.

How many guests are you expecting?

We understand that it’s difficult to estimate the exact number of guests you will be expecting at times. But you will have a rough idea based on how many people you are inviting, and that’s enough for us to get started with.

But never fear. We can always adjust it later free of charge. Our system will simply need a number to begin to get the food and logistical foundation going.

Note: You can also increase your numbers even up to the day of your event.)

What is your budget like?

On some menus. there will be an option for you to select one of our pre-made menus based on the ballpark figure of your budget. Or you can start using our custom menu option where you will have a blank menu and be given the freedom to select food and other items you may want to include.

You can even selecting a pre-made menu based on your budget and customise it yourself. Removals, additions, the world is yours!

How do I customise my menu to suit my budget?

Once you’ve created your event and menu, you can then start customising it with our fantastic food items and other items you may require– so you end up with a complete and tailored event package that suits you to the tee.

Each menu is arranged by courses, giving you the most simple of methods for building the perfect menu for your special event.

Simply select a course from your menu and click the white box to the left of each item. This will add your selected food item to the Sticky Menu bar on the right, and reveal the total cost.

You can delete or remove any of these items simply by clicking onto the little x to the left of the menu item.

Can I see an image of the food items you have available?

Yes absolutely! To get an overview of what most of our food items look like, you can visit our Gallery page. Here you will find a wide range of fantastic cocktail finger foods, salads, and other items that we offer in our menus.

You can also view food images and a more detailed description of each item by clicking on the small icons next to the item unit price.

Alternatively, follow us on social media to keep up with the latest iterations of our given menus.

How does the pricing work?

Each item will list a price per person when selected and will calculate the total cost based on your adjustments.

Some of our menus have discount milestones built into them as well which means that the more guests ,you invite the less it costs per person. Sharing the wealth, if you will. How great is that?

How can you know if we have space available for your preferred time and date?

Once you have your menu and a price ready to go, you will want to submit it to us so we can check our events calendar and allocate your preferred date and time.

When you submit your event to us, your menu selection and event details will be reviewed by our team.

We’ll check your details, confirm our availability for your selected date, and send a confirmation booking form for you to return (with a deposit).

Once completed, you can sit back, relax, and look forward to a fantastic catering experience ahead filled with exceptional food and rampant with excellent service. No further help required.
