You can play around with our event builder tool in the privacy and comfort of your own home or office. You can create menus, add food and other event items needed for your special celebration or event. You can also save your event and menu for later viewing & editing or if you want us to allocate your preferred date to our calendar simply submit your event to us for approval.
Creating your event enables you to select items that are perfect for the occasion and that fit within your budget. Every item you select generates a quantity and reveals a price calculated automatically based on your number of guests. You can play around with your menu until you are content that you have the perfect package and price that suits your budget.
Of course we do more than just food too. We also offer refreshing beverage packages, catering equipment, entertainment and much more.

Booking your event is a snack. Once you have submitted your event and it is approved, you’ll receive your confirmation booking form. You will have already entered all your event details so all you need to do is simply decide on how our would like to pay your deposit and submit your booking form.
We’ll need to take a 30% deposit which you can by pay using your credit card or by sending a direct deposit or cheque. The balance of your event is not processed until one week before your event.
We understand that it can be difficult to decide exactly what it is you want to include whether organising your menu months or even weeks before an event. So we are able to adjust your menu and change its inclusions even after you have made a booking up to seven business days before your event. We do ask that you submit your menu using your ‘minimum’ expected number of guests. You can let us know of any increase in numbers as you receive your RSVP’s. Just keep us posted. Ideally we’d like to know your best estimate the week before however we are able to ‘increase’ your numbers even up to the day of your function.
Once you’re all booked in you can sit back, relax and look forward to your special day. Rest assured we’ll be working hard behind the scenes organising staff, ingredients for your menu, equipment and all the other bits and pieces needed to deliver a fantastic catering experience.
We’ll be in touch the week before your event to discuss the final logistics. If your event is being held outside your home or office we can discuss whatever it is you may need to ensure everything is covered. You may want to send us some pics which can be very helpful in giving us an idea of what to expect.
Of course if you don’t have a kitchen facility at your venue that may not be a problem. We are able to provide a makeshift kitchen and will just need to delve a little deeper with you to ensure we have included all the equipment needed to make sure your event goes off without a hitch. Rest assured we’ve been doing this a long time and know exactly what is needed to ensure your event is a great success.
On the day of your event our catering staff will generally arrive anywhere from 45 minutes for smaller events to a couple of hours before serving time for larger events. You’ll need to ensure there is parking for our van (or vans) and that access is clear for when they arrive to unload and set up ready for your desired serving time.
You will need to ensure your kitchen benches are cleared of appliances, washing racks, fruit bowls etc and that your oven and stove are all in working order. We generally won’t require any fridge space as we bring all our cold items in insulated boxes along with serving trays and utensils.
